Celery: Includes stalks, leaves, seeds, and celeriac found in soups and stocks.
Cereals containing gluten: Wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt and khorasan.
Crustaceans: Prawns, crabs, lobsters, and crayfish.
Eggs: From hens, ducks, quail, and other birds.
Fish: All finned fish species.
Lupin: Seeds and flour used in some baked goods and pastries.
Milk: Cow's milk and products made from it.
Molluscs: Mussels, oysters, squid, and snails.
Mustard: Liquid, powder, and seeds.
Peanuts: Legumes that grow underground.
Sesame seeds: Seeds and oil.
Soybeans: Tofu, soy flour, and bean derivatives.
Sulphur dioxide and sulphites: Used as a preservative at levels above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/L.
Tree nuts: Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios, and macadamia nuts.
